At GEMMEVA, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details of our return and warranty policies:


Returns for Non-Personalized Jewelry

Products purchased on Gemmeva.com can be exchanged or returned up to 15 days after the date of purchase. For an exchange or return, we only accept unused and undamaged products, accompanied by the original Gemmeva packaging. Gemmeva reserves the right, to refuse an exchange or return that does not meet the criteria above.

Please note that for exchanges and returns, you can use the carrier of your choice with a tracking service and insurance to secure your package. Gemmeva will not be responsible for any losses resulting from transport.

Please note that Gemmeva is not responsible for the carrier's shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, worn earrings, cannot be returned.

If you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the resolution process!


Personalized Jewelry

All engraved and personalized jewelry is unique and custom-made to your specifications, giving it a special character. These items are not eligible for return.

However, if a mistake occurred during the production process, we are committed to finding an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team for assistance in such cases or for further inquiries about personalized items.


Start Your Return

We recommend sending your return using a tracked shipping method to ensure shipping safety, as GEMMEVA is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping.

In the case of a return, your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned products.


Warranty Information

All purchases are covered by a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase, exclusively covering manufacturing defects and defects in conformity.

Please note: The warranty will be void if the product has been altered, engraved, or repaired by a third party, as we cannot be held liable for any modifications made outside our care.

What’s Not Covered

It does not cover, for example, superficial scratches, missing components/materials or any other damage resulting from improper use. For this damage, you will be given an estimate for repairs.
